I've got a third party app (a Delphi or VB6 32-bit development) which opens every child window behind parent window (Z-order), and there's no way to bring it front.

As in every common application, parent window remains in modal state until child window is closed, thus making it very difficult to move the child window to an area where you can see it full.

No error is logged at server or client side, but issue is frustrating.

Client is Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit and server is Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit.

I'm not allowed to upload application, but hope you can come up with a solution.

Maybe same recommendation as I put in the other post -- write a custom .exe that launches the program and manages the Z order.
