We are running an application over Winflector. The application provides a print preview but hangs everytime and I've actually got to close the application. 

Is it something with the printers?  I've tried all the print options and I've tried turning off mapping the printers entirely.

I have a Win7 laptop connecting. No COM ports show up in "Com Ports" tab. 

Please advise anything I can try.
