Version: 4.0.3.1Server Operating System: Windows 7Clients Operating System: Windows 11
Problem description: When my team connects to Winflector and runs their program, they are disconnected from Winflector after they are inactive for 10 to 15 minutes. They are using the HTML5 client and are connecting from Windows11. The browser does not seem to matter, the problem occurs with both Edge and Chrome.I'm on Windows 10 and can not duplicate the problem. Using the account of one of my team, I can connect through the HTML5 client, and run the application for days (sitting idle). The only difference I can see between myself and my team is the operating system, Windows10 versus Windows11.Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Brad

Rafal - Disabling the screen saver and screen blanking didn't change the situation. I'm also going to post this to the Forum, in case any other users have come across this problem and have a solution. Thanks,- Brad
