My application is creating Pdf files. What do I need to configure to allow the hosted app to display the pdf in a separate window? I tried : edgeViewer, webBrowser and adobe activeX embedded in a new Form. But no success. Sometimes error 0x80070490 is returned. Nb: app is Delphi based. Thanks for your help.

If you want to use web browser to open pdf please try follow Winflector user manual: c:\Winflector\doc\wfuser_en.pdf Chapter: IX. Using Winflector to start internet browsers and WebView2 applications
You can also try to use Adobe reader to open generated .pdf Then please install Adobe reader, then open it and:
Top Menu: Edit --> Preferences then Categories: Security (Enhanced) then Disable Checkbox “Enable Protected Mode at startup” |
