I'm using Winflector 4.0.3.1 (10 device full license) on Windows 7 Professional as the primary server. There are no farm or backup servers . I followed the SSL directions on the website. Purchased and downloaded a cert from Cheapnames/Comodo. Converted it to PFX format. Imported it into my Personal store through the Windows Certificate Console. Windows says that the key is present and that it passes the encryption test. I set Winflector to use Port 443 and selected the certificate to use. Winflector found the certificate. Restarted Winflector. Winflector now shows "TCP and SSL" where it used to show "TCP and WEB". Using the HTML5 client, I try to connect to the Winflector server. The browser says that the site is using an incompatible protocol. I used SSLChecker.com and it says it can resolve the site and that the site is using " Microsoft IIS6". but that no certificate is found. I've tried with both the Windows firewall enabled and disabled. No difference. I use dynamic DNS for my server name and at my router, I port forward incoming 443 traffic to port 443 on the Winflector server. Since SSLChecker and the browser can both connect to the site through TCP, I don't think connectivity is the issue. For some reason, the Winflector server does not seem to be sending the certificate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brad
