I just upgraded to v4.0.2.0 and I am running Winflector servers under Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
On Windows 10 everything is working fine. On Server 2016 my app won’t start in either browser or client mode.
It attempts to launch but then terminates. The tapplog.txt file has the following:
:Invalid ComCtl32 version 5.82.10586.2457: should be 6.0.0.0 or later
:TUP1: DSK1 nCmprLevel6 bMapPrns1 bBinPrns1 bAllowClearType0 bMapFiles0 bMapComPorts0 bDesktopMode1 bServerMenus1 bMultiMon0 bMirrFullWnd0 bDesktopSync0 UPFlags=0
I have tried with, and without, “-actctxoff” in the “guiapp.cfg” file.
I did the v4.0.2 upgrade by running an uninstall of previous version on both machines, then installed v4.0.2 on the Windows 10 machine and configured. I then ran the install on the Server 2016 and COPIED all of the files in the “tguicfg” directory of the Windows 10 machine to the 2016 machine to copy the settings (I had read in the documentation somewhere that this is acceptable).
Any ideas on why it may be failing on the Windows Server machine?
