I am running a proof of concept for a client on a legacy application and am having trouble running more than one instance under the same user in WF. I have two folders running on the host called 4D Client 1 and 4D Client 2 w/ the exact same contents in each. The executable is called 4DClient.exe in each.
I can run both 4DClient.exe applications at the same time via web browser if I'm logged in as a two different users. I can run multiple instances of 4DClient.exe on the Windows host, no problem. However, if I try to run 4DClient.ext from the 4D Client 1 folder and the same executable from the 4D Client 2 folder in seperate browser windows/tabs under the same user, the second browser window closes itself after a few seconds.
It appears that two instances of 4DClient run fine via Winflector client on Windows. I've yet to test it on Mac, which is what my client uses. Application logs do not provide any meaningful information, unfortunately. Any help is greatly appreciated.
