a published application, which basically read/write data from/in a database, freezes when the user applys filters (a range of 2 values the collected data must be within).
There is no error, user can only kill Winflector client and start it again.
· When the application crashes, the application log (C:Winflectorserverapplogstapplog.txt) reports this record:

Description of Winflector Crash on Teamsystem Gamma Enterprise Application Publishing
This document describes a crash event of Winflector during the use of a published application.
The situation where Winflector crashes is always the same and happens when the user calls a specific function of data interrogation.
The application showing this kind of problem is Teamsystem Gamma Enterprise, that our company distributes and maintains.
As we can see, this application works always correctly except when the user calls the specific function we’re going to describe.
The user has Winflector client installed and updated. After he logins on the Winflector portal,
he successfully launches the application (Gamma) from menu and logins to the application.
Then, he can see and launch the application menus, the screens open correctly and show the data collected from application Database.
The specific situation where the application crashes is when the user makes a data interrogation involving a range of parameters. In other words, the user requires a list of data limited between 2 values, basically it’s a filter on application data you can collect with that function.
Here the user is calling the function requiring data to be limited in the range defined from the Limiti Di Elaborazione panel. After the Limiti Di Elaborazione panel is opened, user has to input the range values and here Winflector crashes. When user types something into 2 or 3 fields of the Limiti Di Elaborazione panel, the application freezes and user has only to kill the Winflector process.
NOTES:
* This behavior has been detected in Windows enviroment, but on different computers and different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, all correctly updated)
* This behavior has been detected calling different functions of the application (Gamma), but always when the user tries to filter data, requiring them to be limited in the range defined from the Limiti Di Elaborazione panel
* The installed version of Winflector Server is 3.9.9.2
