Hi!
I've just installed both server and client versions, set up the account, added couple applications.
When I'm connecting I can see a list of available shared apps.
When I click on any app to start sharing, I recieve the following error from client:
Error while receieving data from server. Errror # 2042 / 10054 (please see screenshot for details).
I used the latest available version v3.9.9.2b.
Both Server and client works on Windows 10 x64.
I set up port forwarding on the defaul port 6601 as my server is behind the router

P.S. Each my unsuccessfull conection attempt adds the following line to C:Winflectorserverapplogstrmactiv.log:
[TSV3992b] 3187 2022.06.27 17:49:37 <-VTM-> [---] ERR:2600, NUM:10054 DSCR:"Download thread error"

Have you tested the installation using the local network? Or even on the server? Does it work correctly?

Yes, I've just tried to start Notepad++ using local network. Seems working fine. Another application starting, but during the load gives error 52 (attached). Unfortunately, this second app is much more important for us than Notepad++.

Just increase the login limit for the user (or set to 'no limits').

Thank you very much. Removing user limits solved error 52 issue. So now local connection works fine.
Does it mean everything is fine with my local server? What can cause the Errror # 2042 / 10054 when I try to connect via Internet? Are there any specific requirments, like any additional ports (besides port 6601)?

It looks like a router configuration issue. Winflector needs to redirect 6601 port only. For test you can try to set "Small packets" for Winflector client (on "Transmission" tab), but the most probably you need to check your router configuration.
