From Winflector documentation:

> -klsubst=langid1,langid2 (keyboard local substitution)

> When application starts and everytime client local settings change, the language and keyboard layout id is sent to application and set for application process

When we start our application, if the local keyboard layout is different from the server (that is, the layout used by the Winflector account in the Windows Server), the server layout is considered. The expected behavior was that the client's layout were sent to the server at application starts.

Interesting is that, if I change the layout client side - e.g.: change the keyboard layout from Brazilian Portuguese > US International > Brazilian Portuguese (back) - then the layout at the server is correctly set.

That is, the documentation "everytime client local settings change" part is working fine, just the "When application starts" apparently not.

Could you please check / advise?

We are using Winflector version 3.9.8.0
