Hello guys,
I am trying to use 2 server layers, one of them as front-end (with wordpress engine for example) and the other one as Winflector back-end. Is it possible? how would it be the way (with HTML5 client)?
Right now, I have the website and the winflector in the same server (it is working), but I am looking for this server architecture for future scalability.

Hello, Winflector uses its own built-in web server and can't co-exist with other web servers unless you use different ports for both of them. Of course you can install Winflector on another server or you can use many Winflector servers working in the farm.What are your concerns about this architecture? Regards

Hello,
I need support from your side, I have the production app stopped.
We need to connect a WordPress website to Winflector server, we want to login the Winflector user and password automatically and in background, because we have one user license right now, but our idea is have N licenses in N servers and the WordPress user will be assigned to server depending on the server capabilities and availability. Right now, we have a basic login website in Winflector server, but we can not connect the WordPress site to Winflector server throw Javascript API.
Do you know if it is possible? Do you know how can we connect with sendLogin Javascript API from wordpress? How can we import the Winflector Javascript files? How can I configure the Winflector server address or set of server?

Winflector Javascript API works only on paid (activated) licenses. You can create your own html/js files which have to be located in Winflectorserverhttproot folder. Other configurations will not work. So if you are not able to force your users to use Winflector embedded web server, it will not work. Best regards. |
