The first error:
Please check if wfl32.exe is available in c:winflectorserver directory. If not, please copy it from the fresh installation. Are you able to find wfl32.exe anywhere in the server system (moved by, for example, antyvirus to another directory)?
The second error: please check if you have an IP connection between client and server computer.
