We face issue while adding new applications to an existing Winflector Server installation. We are running Winflector 3.9.7.1 on MS Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit. The server seems to become unresponsive thereby resulting in a failure to save the updated settings. The only solutions appear to be a complete uninstallation / reinstallation of the server, but the issue re-appears after a lapse of a few weeks. Refer attached screen snapshots.

Thanks Bozena - the upgrade to 3.9.7.1b did indeed resolve the new application update issue. We however encounter "Error 52" when we try to run WhatsApp Windows Desktop App (refer screen snapshot below). The app runs without any issue when accessed directly, but fails when accessed through Winflector Client on the server machine itself.

Application from Microsoft Windows 10 Store mostly are not compatible with Winflector. If you have to use WhatsApp remotely, try to use WhatsApp Web on Chrome. It should work, but Chrome it is very "heavy" application and requires some actions to make it working properly. If you have problems, send e-mail to wfsupport@winflector.com. |
