Hi,

I seems to have issue with client filesystem mapping.

I have tried with options:

- Enable and disable the "Enable client filesystem mapping" in server Options and 

- Enable and disable the "Disable file system mapping" in application options.

 

Nothings seems to work as I can not see the client's file system in C:VfMount of server. 

I tested this with a trial download (2 users) and shared excel. Screen shot attached. .

Could some one pls give me suggestion? May be I missed some options some where.

Hi,

Please tell me what is your server operating system (and also compilation number).

You can also send all log files (entire applogs subfolder on the c:/winflector/server) to support@winflector.com

I am testing on (Windows 10 Pro version 1903. Build 18362.295

Just sent the logs via email.
