Followup to my prior problem report.  Using MS Outlook, with two email accoun ts under a single profile, if you create a new email, there is a "down arrow" in the FROM text box label field.  If you click the From text box, you get a drop down list of possible email addresses to use in your email message.

When run locally on windows 10 this process works without any issue.

My problem is that this does not work in Winflector except perhaps 1 in 100 tries.  Typically I see a blank area presumedly for the dropdown list but nothing listed in it.  It hangs - forever.  I have previously sent a zip file with all my log files.I am using the 3.9.6.8a version of winflector.

Hi,

Have you received my e-mail answers to your both problem reports?

Office 365 is not fully compatible with Winflector. We will check your problem and try to find a solution or workaround.

1. What do you mean 'Winflector hangs up'? Entire server hangs or only this application? Are you able to connect again or you have to restart the server computer?

2. It does not work 1 time per 100 tries. In 99 tries it works well or you see a blank list?

3. Send us log files from the server and client workstation (to: support@winflector.com)

I did find your email responses in my Yahoo spam file.  I have added the email to my personal emails for the future.

Note that Outlook  is the Outlook 365 version but it is running as a Windows app.

1. only the application hangs for the user.  the winflector server appears OK  I do not have to restart the server computer.

2. The drop down list box does not display correctly in 99 or 100 tries.

3. Server Log files zipped and sent to you in original problem submission.

also just emailed to support... the latest server logs just after I tried and got the same problem.

Yes, we have reproduced the problem. For now I do not have any additional questions, but I can't say anything more. I will let you know if something is changed.
