Once a user has logged in to the remote Winflector Server, the user cannot transfer files from client to server and vice versa.
in the attached screenshot, the user (an admin with sole access to the command prompt app) is able to list the directories / folders under C:WfMount , but cannot navigate to any of them (e.g., cd J hangs).
the same admin user with access to a home-grown "file explorer" type app cannot access the folders under C:WfMount also, therefore unable to do any file transfer type activities.
please advise how to troubleshoot / "debug" the situation. Server has Enable Client FileSystem Mapping checked and we've restarted server to no avail.
If we turn on Enable Debugging, would that help? What files should we examine if we do so?
Thanks for helping!
SystemInfo: Winflector version 3.9.6.4 and Windows 10 Pro 64bit winver 1809
Also, all other users using apps that access files in the server only (including mapped drives on the server only) are fine
UPDATE: we've uninstalled and reinstalled winflector server, but the problem persists
ALSO, the hanging problem started coincidentally right after a Windows 10 update, so we were wondering if the Windows Update might have impacted Winflector. But we don't know what to do at this point.
