Whenever I try to connect to the server taskgated intercepts the process. I can select the shared applications but when I try to connect nothing happens.

Does the client need to be signed on the system?

Or does SIP (System Integrity Protection) has to be disabled for Winflector client to connect?

Connecting with the HTML5 client (Safari) does work.

The log on the server doesn't mention anything about a connection being setup.

The log on the client (~/Llibrary/Application Support/com.winflector.guiclient/MacOS/logs) does mention one error right after installing and connecting for the first time (first line):

Hi,

If you have logs from the client machine (tcllog.txt) please send it to support@winflector.com together with the server logs (applogs folder). Remember, that DMG must be present while running client software. You cannot remove it after installing.

Harro, please try the newest version 3.9.6.3 which has been released yesterday. We had similar reports from other users and we have found and fixed the issue.

Ri,

Thanks, in the meantime I found a workaround in version 3.9.6.3 by double pressing the "Run Application" button.

Now in version 3.9.6.3 after deleting the ~/Library/Application Support/com.winflector.guiclient/MacOS directory the issue is fixed.
