Hi, I just downloading winflector v3.9.6.1 for trial and testing.. with free version 2 user..

 

at windows server 2012 all run OK.. clients and web OK

accessing winflector from outside using wfclients its OK.. BUT when accessing winflector WEB from outside, when login it say HTTP error [0] and can't login.

what should I do??

We can't reproduce this problem.

  1. Does it happen on every web browser?
  2. What browser (version + client operating system) do you use?
  3. Please open the error console of the browser (Tools -> Web development -> WWW Console), does it display more error messages?
  4. Also see the tabs: Network and Performance in these same development tools.
  5. Please refresh the cache in your browser. Does it help?
  6. How do you connect from outside? Does your server have a public IP address? Do you use address redirection on your router? Port redirection?
  7. Do you use the symbolic address (www.example.com) or the IP number (123.45.67.8) to connect to your server?
  8. Do you use the same client computer to connect both locally and from outside?
  9. Such errors may happen when the browser does a cross domain call, that means if the login page and the applications are located in different Internet domains. This is unlikely unless there is a bug in our application which occurred only in your installation. Therefore we would like to know more details.

Yesterday June 11, 2018 all suddenly worked.. using browser and winflector clients and android app worked... but today june 12, 2018.. using browser not working Http error [0] occur again, using winflector client worked, using android apps error (see attch)

 

1. when HTTP error [0] occurs, it happen to all browser (edge, chrome, firefox)

2. client OS : Windows 10 64bit, all browser using latest version. Wf Server on Windows Server 20123. 

3. Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

5. using incognito browser HTTP error [0] still occured.

6. Yes, Server using Public IP with port forwarding

7. using IP Number 

8. No

 

when this message I post, the problem still occured.

I post this message again... to inform right now all the function worked again... accessing from outside using winflector client, web browser, and android app all fine and worked..the status of network server, internet speed, all fine both from server side and clients side.so I think, using winflector clients more stable and better then using web browser or android apps

What is the speed of your network connection when this error occurs?

We have been testing and we have managed to reproduce this error few times but only on slow data connection, about 10 kbps. Such kind of error happens when a browser is unable to load the content (JavaScript code, icons) from the server. Usually refreshing the web page should be helpful assuming that if some content is loaded successfully once it is cached and not reloaded every time.

On the other hand, we will have to think about a better diagnostics and displaying a more meaningful error message like "Your network connection is too slow" instead of "HTTP [0]". Thank you for reporting this issue.

Yes, I still have that problems...speed of my internet at server is 2Mbps Dedicated Line 1:1 Ratio Download and Upload with Statis IP using microtik port forward.if the speed is the problem, why only occured at web browser and android app, why when using winflector client it run smooth and well.after this, I will send you the logs file and also please try it from there...
