I have a Windows 7 professional instance running in the amazon ec2 system, of which I can only access through RDP. I'm not able to set the theme so I'm seeing problems with title bars and such. I did some googling on how to enable windows themes through RDP but was not able to find a solution. Any suggestions? Can I force the theme through a command? Themes service is running automatic and the theme personalization screen has the windows 7 basic and Aero themes as greyed out.

Thanks for any help

Hey just FYI for anyone else having this issue. When you open remote desktop, go into the enhancements and such make sure all settings are maxed out for desktop experience and color depth and such. Then connect to the server and themes can be enabled. Close the RDP without logging out.
