Hi,
We are currently evaluating Winflector at the moment, for use with our own software and BricsCAD. We have found BricsCAD v17 works well with the Winflector client when the "Menus handling on server" option is set off in the application configuration. Otherwise, the BricsCAD menus do not populate correctly.
We would like to use the web client to run applications in browser but unfortunately the "Menus handling on server" option selected on the server does not seem to be applied when "run in browser" and it is missing on "set client options" on the web client. Is there any way to enable this option when run in browser?
Thanks.

We have reproduced the issue, it is the first step to get it fixed.

Thanks. I hope this problem with the web client can be resolved as it is our preferred option.
We were also wodering in there are any plans to add higher resolutions to the web client? The maximum resolution is currently 2560*1600 which is good but some of our clients may be using higher definition screens. We have been using the zoom option to test on higher resolution desktops but higher resolutions would be a better solution.
We were experiencing some dropped connections with the web client, though both the client and server have reliable internet connections. Does the web client have a less stable connection than the client application? Could antivirus or some other program be impeding the connection?

Did you try 'Full screen' option? I think we can add some higher resolutions. Please suggest one or two most interesting for you.

What version of Winflector you have?
Please send us server log files (applogs folder) to support@winflector.com. Do you know approximate disconnection times?

Thanks, the menu problem has now been fixed. I have sent screenshots and logs of connection failures to your support staff who sent the menu fix.
My colleague was running in a resolution of 3840x2160. We would like to see resolutions up to or exceeding thsi supported if possible.
Thanks again for your prompt responses and solution to the menu problem we were experiencing.
