Anyone getting Winflector run app (like Access) to work reliably with MS Outlook to send email?

I have done so by leaving Outlook not open but set as the default.  MS Access can use its built in send via email to create an email that is placed in OUtlook out box.  But it is never sent.  To send it requires that the user open Outlook via teamviewer and send/receive.

My process described above does work - most of the time - but is not reliable.  sometimes users cannot access the Outlook files and no email can be created.

Anyone have developed a RELIABLE method?  Maybe using another email program?
