Hi we are using winflector 3.9.3.1 to run a program called Systems For Dentist (SFD) on surface pro 3 tablets over a wireless connection. SFD uses a intergrated 3rd party imaging software called Vixwin Platinum. Now before Winflector was used the sfd was installed locally on the tablet, had a mapped shared drive for the vixwin software to save images and accessed a database on the server. This all worked fine, but was very slow running over the wireless, hence the winflector software - sfd is so fast and usable, but the issue is when launching the Vixwin software from within SFD, it attempts to load - then freezes with a GTE error 18. From what I gather is this to do with the mapped drives being placed into the wfmount folder, because the vixwin settings have to point to the shared Z drive because we have workstations setup as well which dont use the winflector software. Any suggestions?
