When one user is using MS Outlook and another one tries to open it - via Winflector or locally on the host PC - the open fails with the following:

Please try to use extra option for winflector: -knvoff

Winflector user manual, Chapter: Specifying application options in guiapp.cfg configuration file 

To do that:

- create guiapp.cfg file in c:Winflectorserver folder

- add line to the guiapp.cfg like:

C:PROGRAM FILES (X86)MICROSOFT OFFICEROOTOFFICE16OUTLOOK.EXE - knvoff

(please correct path to outlook if needed)

Now, please try to use Outlook localy and via Winflector client. Should work.
