Overall, running MS Access program via winflector in a Windows browser (I use Chrome) or via a browser in a tablet (I use KIndle Fire HD) works quite well.  there are a couple of problems I have noticed.

I am sending you a zip file with a test program to demonstrate the problems and two screen images.

IN Access natively or using the Winflector windows client, I do not experience these problems.

Screen image 1

Shows a logon screen.  Enter anything into the ID and password fields.  Try to single left click on the "Login" button.  It doesn't work.  Workaround is : after entering password, press enter key twice.

Screen image 2

This shows a query results in Access.  Normally to close such, you can single left click on the small "x" circled in the upper right.  It does not work.

Workaround is:  single right click on the query display tab and select close.

It seems to me that it should work the exact same way it works without Winflector or when using the Winflector Windows client.

Be sure to try out the test.mdb yourself.
