We are working on this and you can expect a simple but working barcode scanning feature with a builtin camera in the next release. I can't yet tell the exact date of the next release but it should be in about 1 month.

If your barcode scanner can emulate a hardware keyboard then you can use it already with any Winflector Client version for Android, please try it. If you need anything more sophisticated then probably it is not possible at the moment. Even the barcode scanner feature I was talking about will just emulate a keyboard.
