Get this error when connecting to the winflector server via a browser on the same PC. successfully installed the wflclchk.cab activex.
Suggestions?

What exactly version of Winflector? You should also install iewflcl.cab activex. Activex client will no longer be supported. Please use HTML5 client instead. Regards, Mirek |

I have WMT ver 3.9.1.1 Not sure how to find the exact version of Winflector. I downloaded it in the last two weeks. Where can I find out how to utilize HTML5 client? Bob |

If WMT works fine with the server then your version is 3.9.1.1. You can find it in the server logs, located in c:\winflector\server\applogs, or in the server executable itself: right-click on the main window bar, choose 'About Winflector'. Using HTML5 client is easy. First check if HTTP server is enabled in Winflector server options (if not then enable it and restart the server). Run the browser supporting HTML5, enter the Winflector server IP address. Enter the login name and password, after login choose 'Run in browser' on the application list. |
