It does not look like the application bug. If you have changed the TCP port number then please make sure it is correct: default is 6601 but it should be changed if you have choosen a different port number on the server. Please try:
- connect to the server from the desktop client (Windows or Linux),
- connect from your Android device via the web interface (from the web browser).
Also do the regular network checks like verifying that your public IP address is correct and is mapped correctly to your Winflector Server (if using masquerade), it is not filtered by firewall etc. Are you using server farm mode? If you have only one server then you don't need a farm mode and you should turn it off. If you have a farm of servers behind the firewall then some special setup is required, therefore I recommend starting with a single server first.
