Hi, hoping you're doing well

I'm testing the free version of winflector and with native client everything apears to work perfectly

I'm testing both free users at the same time,

  • one PC with a Win 7 32 bits with IE 11
  • one PC with a Win 7 64 bits with IE 11

1) First case:

Win 7 32 bits, IE 11

I'm running the app in the IE browser and about 2 minutes later appears a pop-up message "Error: Not enough memory" I push the "Ok button" and appears "Error 51: Cannot connect to application: Cannot reconnect, Application unavailable, 20" ( see imagen4.png / imagen5.png)

I checked:

  • the free memory in the server and it had about 20% free
  • the free memory in the client and it had about 40% free (see imagen6.png)

I closed the IE and opened again and the same thing happend

I tried the same in Win 7 64 bits, IE 11 and this case doesn't happend but other case did, :(

2) Second case

Win 7 64 bits, IE 11

I launched the app described before for the first time and worked perfectly but I close the IE and opened againg and the "Run in a browser" doesn't appear anymore. (see imagen7.png)

I had to download firefox to continue my testings.... (see imagen8.png)

I made the same test mentioned before in both PC with firefox and/or chrome and I didn't have any failure.

3) Third case (this happend also with chrome and I had to test it in firefox)

Win 7 both 32 / 64 bits

If I launched an application from another, when the app that is in the back refresh affects to the app in front, see imagen4.png the black meters with green numbres that are above the gray bar on the left are from the app that is behind the graph.

why happend this? Am I doing something wrong?

thanks,

Regards,

Marcos

Hi,

We have found a problem with Java Script compression library which took more and more memory from the system. The problem occured usually after one or more hours, but there is a possibility that it could happen after few minutes.

Now we are trying to fix the problem. It is a little bit difficult because we use third party library.

I hope, the patch will be ready in the next release.

Regards,Mirek
