What is the result of 'ping 192.168.1.3' command on the computer when you run Winflector client?

ok I have learned that my IP adress change all the time.

Now any ideas. I probably must get a fixed IP adress

If the IP address changes frequently then a fixed IP is the only solution, I am afraid. But if the change is not so frequent (let's say, once a day) then perhaps you can use the symbolic address registered on no-ip.com or dyn-dns.org.
