Hi. Pastel Express does not work. It gives an error and the session disconnects. GTE Error Error 52 Cannot Connect to server.Loc [GTeInitializeCommunication] Info [Security:Application execution forbidden - use WMTool (Winflector server/Preferences) to enable execution.,-5,0] SysErr [0]

Hello, Check if you have some specific national characters in the application path or working directory. Did you log in using Winflector users or Windows Domain users? Check application paths in wmtool application section. Send us your server and client log files (on the client side - tcllog.txt, on the server side - trmactiv.log and tapplog.txt). Regards, Mirek |

Hi Mirek Strangely enough it started working. However a problem arises after the software is open. You can goto any menu item of the software but the moment you click on customer or supplier the software does absolutely nothing. It suppose to open a window for you to navigate to client or supplier. This is an accounting package that using Pervasive SQL as the database engine(if that helps). Regards Lee |

Hi, We do not know this software (pastel xpress). For testing and bugs fixing we need at least evaluation/demo of the application. We have requested the demo version from 'pastel.co.za', but unfortunately without any answer. If you know how to get working demo please let us know. As soon as we get demo/evaluation we will try to fix all problems. Regards, Mirek
