If the program is executed using Winfllector server authentication (Winflector users) it sees the environmental variables of the user under which the Winflector server (wfserver.exe) is executed. If you use Windows authentication then your program sees the environment set up for the Windows user you use to start an application.

There is no any kind of automatic environment variables mapping from client to server. If you write what you try to achive, we can suggest some solution or write some extention addressing the problem.
